1. Service Overview
WisyLink provides account-based tools to configure endpoint namespaces, manage links by output type, and host generated content for shareable delivery.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and API credentials.
3. Endpoint Namespace and Distribution
Endpoint prefixes are allocated on a unique basis. You may not attempt to impersonate another person, brand, or organization through endpoint naming. Distributed endpoints are public-facing by design.
4. Your Content and Responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and that you have all rights required to publish, host, and distribute it.
By using the service, you grant us the limited rights required to store, process, host, cache, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve WisyLink.
5. API Keys, Credits, and Usage Controls
API access may be controlled by key-based authentication, credit limits, and period rules (such as daily, weekly, or monthly windows). You must protect API keys and rotate or revoke them when compromise is suspected.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use WisyLink for:
- Unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activities.
- Malware distribution, phishing, credential theft, or platform abuse attacks.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Attempts to bypass service limits, controls, or security mechanisms.
7. Third-Party Dependencies
The service may rely on third-party services. Their availability or policy changes can affect certain features, and we are not responsible for third-party terms or outages outside our reasonable control.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, or material breach of these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
WisyLink software, platform design, trademarks, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform itself.
10. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
WisyLink is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
