WisyLink provides account-based tools to configure link subdomains, manage your links, and host generated content for shareable delivery.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and API credentials.

Subdomains are allocated on a unique basis. You may not attempt to impersonate another person, brand, or organization through subdomain naming. Published links are public-facing by design.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and that you have all rights required to publish, host, and distribute it.

By using the service, you grant us the limited rights required to store, process, host, cache, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve WisyLink.

API access may be controlled by key-based authentication, credit limits, and period rules (such as daily, weekly, or monthly windows). You must protect API keys and rotate or revoke them when compromise is suspected.

You may not use WisyLink for:

• Unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activities.
• Malware distribution, phishing, credential theft, or platform abuse attacks.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Attempts to bypass service limits, controls, or security mechanisms.

WisyLink uses artificial intelligence to generate websites, applications, code, text, and other output from your prompts. AI can produce results that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unexpected, and the same prompt may produce different results at different times.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any AI-generated output before you rely on it, publish it, or put it into production. We do not warrant that generated output is accurate, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and it is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice. Any decision you make based on generated output is your own responsibility.

We work hard to keep WisyLink reliable, and when technical issues arise we aim to identify and resolve them as quickly as we reasonably can. We monitor the platform and try to restore normal service promptly.

Even so, the service is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. Access may be limited, suspended, or unavailable because of maintenance, updates, capacity limits, third-party dependencies, or events outside our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, downtime, or lost data resulting from service interruptions, delays, or changes to features.

The service may rely on third-party services. Their availability or policy changes can affect certain features, and we are not responsible for third-party terms or outages outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, or material breach of these terms.

WisyLink software, platform design, trademarks, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform itself.

WisyLink, together with all related output, features, and materials, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — whether express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WisyLink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the service, any AI-generated output, or any content hosted through the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use WisyLink in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the equivalent value of resupplying the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

You are responsible for how you use WisyLink and for the content and links you create, host, or publish through it. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold WisyLink harmless from any claims, demands, losses, and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) — whether brought by us or by a third party — arising out of your content or links, your use of AI-generated output, or your breach of these terms, of any law, or of any third-party right.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

We may revise these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
